Glowing Butterflies

Stunning...when you got to the coloring I was saying NO, NO, stop now because the black and white was so pretty. BUT, you pulled it off beautifully...just beautiful!!! I'm going to try to recreate it tonight with what I have for a sympathy card. Thank you Gina!

Thanks for revisiting this technique. Looks like if the cardstock bleaches white, you can also add a different color (pencil or copic) for the wings. Can't wait to try it! Thanks, Gina.

Stunning! Will have a go of this technique tomorrow morning. I love the bleaching effect on the paper and it looks so pretty with the green. I'm loving all these tips and am learning a lot. You've got some great techniques that I've not seen elsewhere. I tried doing the resist embossing today and it turned out great as a first try. All I did was following along with your video. I, m so happy I could comment because your the best (God bless) and had so many people congratulating you that I thought I wouldn, t find a space. I wonder if you forgot to say the size of the cards or what. I love your videos and this one I did it before and it came out good for being just testing. I, m going to try again. Also I want to ask if you don, t mind tell the prize of the water pen cause I want one but over here they don, t have all them tools we need.Thanks for teaching us your technique & good luck is the future.

This is such an awesome technique, its so sad that i am allergic to bleach, I get severe migraines and i vomit with them, anytime i even get 1 smell of bleach. so much so that i have to carry imitrex with me in case i go into a store or Drs office that has used bleach and the smell is still lingering. I really wish i could do this technique. I guess i will try it using peroxide and see if that works. Your butterflies are lovely!

How do you get rid of the bleach smell for people who have sensitive noses? I was thinking of maybe placing a dryer sheet over it for a day or two but I am new to this, so I would like to know your idea. Thank you.
